The Royal Dragon hull is crafted using the latest 3-D computer software combined wit 5-axis large-scale computer controlled milling, we have achieved to build the ultimate dragon in a way of being able to implement the speed-giving shapes combined with a structural stiffness more than double of traditional GRP dragons and far stiffer than could moulded dragons.

The hull, deck and innerliner is made using the latest technology utilizing vacuum infusion of vinylester together with a combination of optimised types of E-glass giving a very high percentage of fibreglass.

The new-generation hull of the Royal Dragon is produced and fitted out at our shipyard Vejle Yacht Service.
